The BedBox™ does not require approval from the (insert regional airline authority) as it is not a Child Restraint Device like a car seat that can be used during taxi, take off, landing and turbulence. The BedBox™ is a comfort device which can only be used during the cruise portion of the flight. The BedBox™ complies with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards and Recommended Practices which are the umbrella regulations created by the UN for all regional airline safety regulations.
